There is stress on the body. Everything that we do, even spot shots. There's still a physical tax. So I don't want a shooting coach to just think about the technique of shooting. I want them to also understand in a way they're kind of a plyometric coach. And at the very least, be able to track it and make sure that we're not spiking workload by more than 10%.
