This week was eye opening because I was talking with several different people that that have been testing this as well. They thought it was fixed, but then they actually did this test and determined, oh, it is actually quite delayed. So for Xbox, I would recommend using the uncompressed options. Uncompressed stereo seems to be perfect. The uncompressed 5.1 and 7.1 are almost there just a very slight delay, but they're pretty much just it's negligible.
