The Importance of Proper Training for Achilles Issues

Achilles are calf it's our Achilles are like I anything down lower leg it's going to be getting a lot of force going through it even at the slow even walking. So we don't have to like train you to be able to lift 12 times your body weight um and so then I'll explain like maybe impulse where we're just going to use time spent in this position to build up these abilities to tolerate peak forces.
