The Importance of Flow State in Training
Most of the races you do are in the mountains across the world. It's not necessarily the best athlete that wins these races it's the best prepared athlete and then B you're always trying to create this environment where success is forced success is inevitable. What I want to do is I want to achieve flow state not necessarily when I'm just running but also in my home life if we've got things going on and I want to be at home I can use the treadmill in order to facilitate that.
