How Do You Train Your Employees?

In our little businesses, insurance agencies and probably other moms and pops small business, the biggest issue we have is our employees. So it's how we coach, lead, and train our employees. I mean, we come here in Alabama, we play college football at a pretty good level. And so with what's said, and Saban's working on national championships every day. He's got those kids working on championships each day. If we want to go for excellence, then you've got to practice every day. You practice like you practice. It can be if done at the highest levels. There's all kinds of ways to do it in every business.
