In instogramm, i wanted to see how most people define their goals. The vast majority of them just being like, i want to lose weight. I want to prioritize myself. These goals actually suck. You need to have this specificity. It is absolutely essential. And it also gives you away to hold yourself accountable throughout the year. If you're not specific, you've got nothing. Not only do you not really have a goal to achieve, but you don't have any attachment to it. This is why i sit earlier and take an hour out of my day, january one and may eighth, to sit down and be very specific with the goals i want to achieve.
