How to Stop Drinking
There's so much that we do that goes on automatic pilot. It doesn't take much to set off the old behavior because it's all there ready to go. A lot of what practice is is just getting into getting underneath that, gets ourselves to wake up. But it's slow because habit changes very, very slowly.
