She says some core aspect of identity does not feel valued by the rest of the system for what it is. So deliberately going out of your way to kind of apply value to those parts can be very helpful, or at least it was for me personally.Kohn: Finding ways to develop more self-compassion and feeding the inner nurture are all good places to start.
