How Do You Train a Hard Style Snatch?
Povell: Can you give a clear cut difference where let's just say we have two people. Person A learns the hard style snatch for over the set, like 100 days and person B learns the kettlebell sports snatch for 100 days? What would be the physical difference pertaining to attributes of strength, power, or our endurance between the two? We'd have to drill down just a little bit more on the actual protocols. How are we training those two, those two, two different styles?
