How Do I Develop a Workout Challenge?
I do have some training plans on mhy web side at zac bitter dot com. And including those are some five k training plans and half marathon training plans. I'lll be aming to add a ten k training plan in there at some point in time. My goal with these, i think, is mostly just to get people excited to get out and do a work out that they may be don't do historically. If possible, i want to hear back from you about how it went, if you did it.
