If you're looking to increase a sessions volume up until whatever, inknaw level. Probably do that on the the hyperty movement that you're using. And then once you reach a per session cap, it's probably a better idea to increase the frequency of the main lift for strength specifically. I'm saying a jacking up thi sets procession on the actual main lift itself. We seems to have pretty strong dimension returns. Me think about this on the moment. Let me know if i'm crazy.
