What's the Minimum for Training?
In times, the minimal effect of dicom and if you look at the literature, i mean, we're probably talking about something like two to three times a week. For strength, youve got to stay close to your one r m, so maybe six reps our less,. So that you're you're activating the motor units in a way that is closest to maximum strength. But typically two is a minimum for maintenance. As you get better and you adapt, you sometimes need three, four, five, six. You need that stimulus. I'm depending on what it is but i think the critical factor is training the quality that you want.
