The Importance of Meditation

A habit is a redundant set of automatic, unconscious thoughts, behaviors and emotions that's acquired through repetition. When you've done something so many times, the body actually knows not to do it better than your conscious mind. That means your body is the mind, it's dragging you into that predictable future based on what you did in the past. So meditation then becomes really, really essential because we're either living in the familiar past, which is the conditioning process emotionally, or the predictable future - karma.
