Women in general, like if you are someone who wants to create that hourglass figure, I would be thinking about training your upper body. And that's really because we are just, you know, just weaker generally. But for the rest of us and myself included, I have had to work like W.E.R.K. for my upper body strength. Even those eight chin-ups that I mentioned, like that eighth one, man, like let me tell you how ugly it is like there, it's ugly, like my knees and everything's flaring.
