Cody: We've started doing something more often in meetings that you and I are in together, which is making sure at the end of the meeting that we actually over communicate what we talked about. Bo: It's such a simple thing. Yeah, over communicating helps clarify to the team the goalposts haven't moved. "We're still heading in the right direction. We're doing the right thing," he says.
