The law of adaptation is what we are all striving and playing with here. The human body can adapt to if systematically, progressively exposed overtime. Your easy runs are actually not really good cross training fo as for, say, your fast pace running,. If you're doing a lot of mile as eight minute pace, and you're trying to run su five minutes, what's happening is your joint angles. And so if you do stride every day f you do tanka, even just a little bit, you get the nerological efficacy and refinement from competitive exercise.
