When it comes to running related injuries, the vast majority are due to either over training or under recovering. So we always look for someone who is getting a couple of sore spots, tight spots here and there. We alwas want to make sure that you can either overload your body in some way while still recovering from an injury. But then there's also the other side of the equation, which is abrupt changes in training loads. And i find they're not in the area of discomfort. It's just not something that necessarily clicks in your head.
