Trust and Accountability in a Remote Environment
A lot of what we're seeing is remote work itself taking the blame when, when these situations don't go well. I think really a lot of the root in what goes wrong goes back again to trust and accountability. And organizations that weren't built for it, don't have the practices for it, aren't set up for it. In this context, what is a lack of fort other than trust? Weve been talking about top down trust, but this is the bottom up trust.
