Lunch is not a thing that i am good at, because i just sit here and keep working for ever until i realize that i am very hungry and very sad. And so i've gotten in the habit now of like, when i review m my my plan for my day in the morning, i ask myself, ok, when am i having ch? Because that creates a iih level of commitment for me about having lunch. So i think that knowing your weak points and planning to those and scheduling for those in those sorts of boundaries is really great.
