Brand is not what you write on your website. Brand is what other people say about it. At GONG, many years ago, we defined our eight operating principles. Our number one operating principle that I'm sure you've heard by now is create raving fans. When we go to Glassdoor and we see that candidates who interviewed with us but didn't even get an offer are writing rave reviews of GONG because they had such a great candidate experience. That's the bar that we hold ourselves to when we go to G2 which today published once again the GONG is a leader in pretty much every category we're listed in.
