A. A. Dowd: The idea that like wind from the bottom up, when we collectively agree and put pressure on leadership teams,. When clients ask more of the people that they are paying to work with, like the leadership team is forced to readjust and change. And so i think that's what affinity spaces can really do for organizations - create a linement and consensus in a way that people can move forward collectively.
