The Role of Melatonin Circadian Rhythms in Sleep

You want to have about three hours before you go to sleep, ideally, you know, before you eat anything. Do you know if there are different melatonin circadian rhythms based on your chronotype? Like if you're a late night person or an early bird? Oh, yeah. What I understand is that it's very rare. It's only 10% of the population, right? But these people have a tendency to caffeinate themselves. They stay busy. So they create a lifestyle that puts them in, it alters their circadian rhythms so that they're just in that situation and that it's not really truly best for their archetype.
