Is There a Positive Intention?
A lot of times we can get into a thought of like, well, I need to love this. And then what? Which is hard to do when it's really difficult material showing up, right? Yeah. So how the process of moving through that more instantaneous reaction and getting to that place of curiosity, it takes a lot of work. But compassion and curiosity is a really good place to start because a lot of the time there's a positive intention behind it. It's not about changing them but modulating existing patterns or creating new ones entirely.
