CNN's John Sutter talks about his journey into product design. He started out as a UX researcher at Apifolio and then moved to Zen desk in Santa Barbara. Now he works for Amplitude, which is helping customers build their own products. The two are working together on an app called Pendo that lets users interact with apps from the web.
