Do You Make Puff Pastry at Home?
At three turns in it's hard to tell the difference between puff pastry at twelve or ten turns. The butter leaks out the side keeping it in exactly the right shape is kind of difficult but i would say to you though that in classic french cooking in a professional kitchen no one was making puff pastry at home probably.
