How to Book on Conlangime

The winner at the end would design dothraki for HBO's Game of Thrones when it was announced and the way it was announced I think there was a large section of the Conlang community that didn't take it seriously. Those of us that did you know eventually found out what it was about when we signed an NDA and realized that it was serious but the way that that contest was designed there was no top end to it so anybody who was participating could create whatever they wanted.
