How to Grow Your Subscription Business in 12 Years

Satisfy first five customers and then 10 and then 20 and then 30. That's the only way subscription business can grow. The market right now, you know, I think our initial product is like 30 that are a month. And we're now sitting at the point of like half million on average, right? It's quite a journey. After 12 years have some confidence. Now English is a lot different than Japanese. How did you learn it? We spend a lot of time. So for the first two years, three of our founders, including myself, takes like a 90 minutes English calls every single day. so that's how we learn.
