Intermittent Fasting or Time Restricted Eating?
I think intermittent fasting or time restricted eating is good for just about everyone, even if it's 12 hours of digestive rest. If someone really doesn't enjoy exercising, doesn't enjoy longer periods of not eating, i'd just say, then let's eat less often. Maybe you do a ten hour eating window. You eat three times, you get all your makers, and you're not waking up hungry. I remind people, i think it's almost mother nature’s way of reminding us that we need less food.
