The Risks of Taking a Risk in an Asset Sale
I don't know if I would take that risk again. That's a huge risk at another smaller risk, but another one is just like on asset quality. Some of the costs that we incurred post close could have potentially either been avoided or were maybe adjusted and purchased for ice because the quality of the assets was maybe a bit under what I was anticipating. And it could have been a lot worse, frankly. So, you know, in hindsight, where I look back and I'm like, I understand why I took the risk, but like, I don'tknow if I would taking that risk again."
