i think the dream restaurant set up is a kind of something which is quite colorful. We are moving into an ero of o colour, we luk like a bit of vibrancy. My new book, i's all about color in the food, getting color in thefood. It gives you its own kind of its. I mato yo look, as weld, jus the a goodmand food, good bood foodye. Happy about that. Because i thinklwhat we've gone through, it is about giving stuff yoknowor doing stuff that just remind you a littlebit and more importantly, just put you in a good mood.
