Most people need to be worried about how much protein they're eating. And initially, that's probably the two most important things you can be doing if you're training for a bodybuilding competition. The feedback loop is not immediate, rightis? If you're doing it correctly, it's going to be very gradual. You have to eat more if you're going to gain weight. Most people don't do this to completely up end their lives. But in order to make serious, significant progress, this is a month's long process.
