Is It a Byproduct of the Training?
Ultramarithon athletes are already good fat burners as a by product of their training. And so when we're undertaking training interventions that are intentionally designed to up regulate this thing that we're already good at, those training interventions might be misguided for those groups of people. Theyre all your caviats right there. But that's how i handle it from a practitioner like like perspective.
