One way that we try to reduce lead complications such as infection, it's not put devices in people that really don't need them. Taking out a device is a big deal. 1% risk of a serious complication, having a cracked chest or death. It could be an urgency to get that device out. And what we learned from our experts is that it's wise to get both ID and EP involved early on.
