Ionotropic Support for Cardiogenic Shock

In patients with cardiogenic shock, intravenous ionotropic support should be used to maintain systemic perfusion. Lycinoprel and nitropresside are obviously not good options. Milrenone is a little bit of a better choice than millerinone or butamine for this patient. Dr. Butler, we would love to hear your thoughts on this too.
