How Much Training Intensity Do You Need?

The distribution of your training intensity is going to depend on a multitude of factors, including what you're currently training for. If you have been putting in 90 to 95 to a hundred ent easy effort running, and now you're ropping down to five k, that's probably more of a speed focus frot. And i think it'll be really fun to discuss some of the nuances of these issues. So our first question is, what ratio of easy to hard mileage is recommended? What do you think?
