Putting Behaviour First
There's two things. There's one, changing your behaviour. The other is feeling like your being judged. And maybe you are. Maybe for people that don't follow a certain norm and are an anomaly, there is some judgment around that. So we can put behavior first. We can act as if we felt worthy. We can acts as if we didn't have to compensate for anything. This is a long term project. This is not over one inner, certainly. But we can put our behaviour first and acting as if we were not anxious, act as ifWe belonged and were worthy. That can be one tool in helping build that confidence and feel that self consciousness and insecurity.
