Trust is built up over a period of time. I try and build in enough in the price that a that were that i cano not have to nickelan dime, so to speak. It's kind of like the more rules you make, which rules are like billing byt You know, every hour, every minute counts. If you take that away, then peoplea good common sense, and they don't want to waste their time either. Soi i think it's just such a better relationship.
