Find a way to have some accountability in your day to day. There's nothing of course like signing up for a 5k that you haven't trained for, right? This is an example built in accountability, whatever the method. Once you know what motivates you, again, this can be very personal. You are going to be better able to hold yourself accountable. Celebrating small achievements is something that is so often overlooked. And I admit I am very reluctant to sometimes celebrate small things. That's number four. Now coming in hot here with number five.
