Is There a Cure for Alzheimer's?
The likelihood of developing Alzheimer's is a combination of the genes that you inherited from your parents and how you live. There are companies, lots of companies spending a lot of money and decades on developing a compound that targets amyloid,. That will clear this protein away, so it doesn't develop into plaques and never reaches that tipping point. It's not simple. And there's mixed data on them. But overall, I'm really excited about the promising data.
