There is some suggestion within the research that vitamin A has some level like an anabolic effect and helps to signal, maybe it is a signaling molecule within the body. It definitely has a large impact on immune function and bone health and things of that nature. So yeah, I'm just a huge fan of getting vitamin A through liver because it appears to be one of the most efficient ways to do that. And I'm pretty sure retinol at some stage will help with DHT as well.
