The Origins of ABM, which is back in 2003, was a lady called Beth Burgess invented the term. What do you think has been your greatest learning over the course of the years? Well, I don't think I've coined this phrase. But ABM is just good marketing. And again, back to like people buy from people. So, you just got to figure out what it is it's going to resonate and add value with your audience.
