The Quality of a Product That Goes Viral
The qualities of an app or any product that allow it to go viral are actually sort of inathetical to the qualities of the app that features strong retention, right? That's another problem. If an app is like, there's a lot of depth to it, the sort of content density to support strong retention, those apps are very difficult to make going viral. And retention is a key part of the economics because if you retain users longer, you have more long-term value and therefore you can spend more to acquire them.
