How to Ask for Help When You're Struggling With Mental Health

Not everyone is going to understand you 100% or be able to relate to what you're struggling with. The more you put yourself out there and be vulnerable, the easier it'll be for others to feel comfortable to open up as well. Asking for help can quite literally strengthen your relationships so it's not so hard for either of you to ask for help. Sometimes talking isn't enough. Sometimes you do need medication or treatment. And there's no shame to ask about it or follow through with it.
