If we were all, you know, robots or, or if we had infinite knowledge of exactly what was passing through our lips and how our bodies were burning calories, then I would say, absolutely, if you're training less, you should eat a bit less. And so when you're in heavy training, you should be eating more. Now I can say for myself, in reality, I don't count every calorie that I eat. And if I did, I would have zero confidence that I could count it accurately enough to reduce it by the number of calories fewer that I'm burning by running 40 minutes instead of an hour.
