The Importance of Characteristics in Competitors

I feel like the personality of a Mar and Sarah make them less serious as competitors when I'm just doing a draft is almost like they, I need someone who's as nerdy and serious and takes this stuff like life or death. Like I don't want to confuse those two things or say that those are mutually exclusive. When you see Sarah and a Mark Cook, they're just as skilled as anybody in the competition. They just, they come across as this person you want to hang out with and have a beer with, right? So I feel like that's maybe what we were doing at the draft is looking at them as perhaps just like, "Oh, they're not as technical
