The IgG Test for Food Sensitivities
IgG test is like uh there's you know um there's companies that offer these IgG tests for food sensitivities and so you're saying if somebody gets a high IgG for gluten that means that they are sensitive for gluten. In order to get an IgG response to somethinguh that protein has to penetrate in the wall of the gut and be recognized by the immune system as foreign. You can demonstrate that 100 percent of people have antibodies IgG antibodies to gluten that's fascinating.
