The First Foundation of Mindfulness
This is what the buddha described as the first foundation of mindfulness. We begin to shift from relating to the body as an object that looks a certain way, or that's co operating or that's betraying us. In the moments that you just feel the b saliveness, you're no longer identified with the body. You're open to that awareness that's just present. And i want to close with a another mary oliver poem, the power of waking up out of our virtual reality and coming into this wildness that's right here.
