How to Set a Habit for Outdoor Activity

I think clearly walking out of your front door, walking in a 20-minute loop and coming back or even 10 minutes out, 10 minutes back, that's the easiest possible way. So for me personally, I was back filling these one-mile minimums into the spaces where I wouldn't have been doing anything otherwise. But if you're starting a fresh, I think starting with the minimum dosage is a great way to begin. And then once you start talking about more intense exercise, there's all sorts of other benefits too.
