Is the Rate of Fat Oxidation a Limiting Factor in Endurance Exercise Training?
Lipolysis relatively the same between trained and untrained individuals. It's just the rate of oxidation and import that differs well it's gonna be hard to say in a human because the rate of lipolysis is gonna depend upon activation of the sympathetic nervous system. endurance exercise training increases the capacity of the muscle to oxidize fat and glucose but there are some adaptations that are also just specific to enhance the ability to oxidizing fat.
