Getting a Medium for a Radical Reaction to Start

When we brew a cup of coffee, yep, it's super hot at the beginning. But when that happened, we were brewing the coffee. And this radical reaction has started at that point. It starts when you roast it, roasting, but then we've sort of then slowed down because the beans are at room temp hanging out in a cupboard. So it might still be happening. I mean, I think it's likely that it's still happening. We've ramped it up a bunch by introducing a bunch of heat and getting a medium for everything to be moving around.
